Volunteer Opportunities

2023-24 Youth Volunteer Program

The Watchung Hills Lacrosse Program welcomes Youth Volunteers to assist Coaches during the 2023-24 Lacrosse Season for both our Boys and Girls Programs, including clinics.

Volunteers affiliated with the Regional High Schools and/or family members of current coaches/players are welcome to apply.

Minimum eligibility criteria for volunteers are:

Must be a responsible young adult lacrosse player of high school age
Must be a registered member of USA Lacrosse (small fee required)
Must sign the Code of Conduct Form (form is part of the registration)

Volunteers will assist Coaches to teach /demonstrate lacrosse basic skills and concepts such as scooping, cradling, catching, throwing, and shooting while modeling teamwork, dedication, fitness, positive self esteem and most importantly leadership.

Should a volunteer demonstrate any behavior not aligned with the value and standards of the lacrosse program and community, participation privileges will be revoked.

Registration open now through the end of the lacrosse season 2024.
